Extended Holiday Return & Exchange Policy
Purchases made from November 15th, 2022, have an extended return period through January 30th, 2023, this applies to all online sales ONLY. This excludes merchandise sold by any third-party retailer. Items must contain tags and garments must be unworn to proceed with a return or exchange.

When returning your item, please include a copy of the RA form. Once the warehouse receives it, we will process the return/exchange.
If you would like to get a different size/style, please provide a note with what size/style you would like to exchange it for. This can be written directly on the form or as a comment when initiating the exchange. If no note is included, your return will automatically be processed for a refund.
Exchanges are not guaranteed. In the event that the style/size you wanted to exchange for is sold out, a refund will automatically be processed to the original payment method. If you would like to ensure getting the style/size that you want, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item for refund.
Please note that once an item has been exchanged, we cannot generate a return label for that exchanged item. If you need to return an exchanged item, we recommend sending it back with a trackable courier service (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Returned exchanged items are only eligible for store credit.
7DIAMONDS offers complimentary returns on all U.S. orders. Eligible items may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you use both a gift card and a credit card and you are returning merchandise you will be credited in the form of a new gift card. The new gift card for the refund amount will be emailed to the email address on the order. If you used both a gift card and a credit card, the gift card will be refunded first and the remaining balance will be refunded to the credit card used on the order.

All orders sent out are eligible for ONE exchange, a second label cannot be requested and the customer will be responsible for covering the postage costs. If an exchange is returned, it will only be eligible for store credit.
A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE; in which case they are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Once your return has arrived at our distribution center; please allow 3-5 business days to process your refund. In some cases, your bank may require additional processing time; resulting in a delay to receiving your funds.
Returned Merchandise Conditions
Return approval is at the discretion on our operations team and 7DIAMONDS reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt with all brand tags attached. Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed.
You are responsible for the care of the items while they are in your possession. If you fail to return the items in good condition, we hold the right to refuse the items for compensation. Items received outside of our 30-day return window are only eligible for store credit. If the return is received outside of a 60-day window, it will be returned to you.

International Returns (Including Canada)
At this time, 7DIAMONDS does not offer prepaid returns for international orders. Please utilize a trackable postal service to send back items; you will need to cover the postage costs yourself. For further information please contact customerservice@7diamonds.com or 877-577-1963.
