Shipping Policy

We ship all US addressed orders via USPS or UPS from our warehouse in California. Orders are typically shipped within one business day from when the order is placed. There may be a delay in fulfillment due to holiday closures.

• Ground Shipping - Free
• Express Shipping - $25
• Next Day - $50

International Shipping

First Class International (1-7 Business Days – Taxes, duties and international processing may occur).

Warehouse Operations

Our warehouse facility is open Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be fulfilled on the following Monday. In the event that there is a holiday, it will be fulfilled on the following open business day.

Expedited orders must be placed by 1pm PST Monday-Friday to be fulfilled and shipped on that day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

ONCE AN ORDER IS SHIPPED, NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE TO THE ADDRESS OR SHIPPING SERVICE. Cancellation of orders must be made before your order has shipped.

If your order has shipped and been marked as DELIVERED, but you have not received it—please check with surrounding neighbors and/or a landlord to ensure your order was not mistakenly picked up. Our couriers are experiencing a high volume of orders and there may be a system error. If your order is still missing, please email us at customerservice@7diamonds.com with your name and order #.
